Yoga on the lawn summer series in collaboration with Newport Art Museum. Join us on a few Fridays during the month of August and enjoy Yoga followed by viewing of Newport‘ gallery of artists! Schedule is available on Mindbody.
Group meditation is an inclusive monthly practice aimed to deepen one’s relationship with self through reflection, movement, and meditation. Our hour will begin with a guided grounding practice and group check-in, followed by gentle mindful movement to awaken the mind-body connection. The core of our practice consists of a guided meditation. Each month will offer a different meditation technique.
